Healing Modalities:

Thai Massage - This ancient tradition of massage combines acupressure, Ayurvedic principles, assisted yoga postures, and focuses on moving energy within the body. Each session is intuitive unless addressing a specific ailment, and the client remains fully clothed on a supportive mat on the floor rather than on a table, so wear your comfy clothes and get ready to receive and release while reaching a deep state of physical and mental relaxation.

Private Yoga - Ready to take your practice to the next level? Interested in incorporating more philosophy of Yoga into your daily practice? Do you wish to deepen your meditation and/or breathwork practice? Allow J to create a session custom-tailored to meet your needs. Available in person and on Zoom.
