Have you ever wondered what the Chakras are and why they are important for our physical, mental, and energetic health? Come travel the Rainbow Bridge with Lee as we explore the 7 Chakras in detail!

Working with the Chakras can be a powerful way to bring more balance into your life. Learning about these energetic centers can not only improve your overall health, but can also increase energy, strengthen your creativity, and help you to manifest your goals and dreams! In this workshop we will break down each Chakra and gain insight into to what may be out of balance - and ways to restore that balance - in any of these energetic centers.

Join us as we develop tools that will help you on your individual healing journey and deepen your yoga and spiritual practices. Lee will teach yoga poses, mudras (hand gestures), pranayama (breath work) and mantras for each of the chakras. This workshop will include 90-120 mins of lecture and discussion, and will end with an all-levels yoga practice and meditation, that will move through all 7 Chakras. Please bring a journal and pen!

Meet Lee (she/her)

Lee is a yogi, healer and dancer. She has been studying and practicing yoga for over 15 years, and it is one of her greatest passions to share her practice with others. Lee completed her 200hr yoga teacher training at Yogaia in 2015 in Louisville, KY. She then went on to complete her 300hr teacher training with Laughing Lotus in 2019 in New York City, and was trained in their signature Lotus Flow - a style of vinyasa yoga that leads students through a dancing, moving meditation. Lee travelled to Rishikesh, India with Laughing Lotus in 2018 and 2019 and is an experienced yoga teacher with over 1000 hours of teaching experience. Lee also co-lead a 200hr teacher training with Maha Vira Yoga in 2019-2020. Lee inspires her students to take the lessons they learn on their mats into their daily lives. During Lee’s classes, be prepared to smile, sweat, be empowered, and leave feeling a little lighter. Lee weaves movement, mudra, mantra, Hindu mythology and Chakra work into her teaching. Lee is also a mental health therapist and works with individuals at a holistic private practice in Louisville, KY. Lee believes that healing happens in the body, and strives to guide and inspire each of her students on their individual healing journeys.
