Whether you are looking for community, connection, physical or energetic healing, or to deepen your practice - it would be my honor to be a guide on your journey. As a level 3 certified Reiki practitioner and 500hr registered Yoga teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience, I’ve picked up a few tools along the way and would love to share them with you. I believe that Yoga is a liberation practice and the more we build together and raise the collective vibration, only good things can come of it! Let’s build something beautiful together.
Healing Modalities:
Thai Bodywork - This ancient modality of bodywork combines acupressure, Ayurvedic principles, and passive stretching and compression as the practitioner focuses on moving energy within the client’s body by working along the Sen lines. Each session is intuitive and tailored to each individual’s needs. In contrast with traditional table massage, Thai bodywork is offered on a supportive mat on the floor and the client remains fully clothed for the session. If you’ve never experienced this form of healing, get ready to receive and release while reaching a deep state of physical and mental relaxation. Request to incorporate Reiki into your session as well!
Private Yoga - Are you looking for ways to expand and deepen your Yoga practice? Private lessons are a great way to get one-to-one coaching on posture and alignment, deepen your breath and meditation practice, and open up deep and meaningful discussion around how to apply yogic principles and philosophy into everyday life. Are you ready to experience a lived Yoga practice for yourself? Schedule a one-to-one session or inquire about package and small group rates below.
Reiki and Sound Healing - While these elements can be incorporated into Thai or Yoga offerings, there is great benefit to experiencing a full hour or longer focused on vibrational and energetic healing.
