Yoga in the Garden summer series

First Saturdays, June - August, 9AM - 12PM

 Gather in a community garden near you (Southside RVA) for a grounding asana practice 9AM-10AM followed by an opportunity for some dirt therapy and community connection 10AM-12PM!
